Here, the mid-seasons serve to change temperatures a little drastically. One day it's five degrees and two days later it's twenty. Have you thought?! These changes are very visible and not gradual and can be seen quietly in our own bodies.

One of the changes is that your body starts to get used to temperatures of 5 degrees, which will be present for the next two months. This adaptation is kind of funny, because one day you go out with a denim jacket and a thin scarf and almost die of hypothermia, the next day you go out wearing a thermal blouse, two more blouses on top and a winter coat, with gloves, pantyhose, hat and scarf and ends up sweating as if in a sauna. In the other, you hit the top, but you feel cold in your legs because you didn't put on your pantyhose. The next day, you come home with wet feet, because you put on pantyhose + sock + winter shoes (those lined inside). Anyway! A week to understand what's going on with the temperature and your body!

Another change is the loss of your sense of smell. With the temperatures dropping, the heaters are turned on, and these weeds dry the entire environment, including your body. The first night I spent in Strasbourg, I woke up in the middle of the night without breathing and opened the window so I could get air into my lungs. The stuffy nose also takes a week before your body understands the changes in the air, and until you understand the good radiator level!

A third change is your skin. With the temperature of the water in your bath heating up, your skin dries out which is a beauty. If you don't use moisturizer after a shower, five minutes later, when you smile, you feel your skin tighten and turn all white (you can even peel!). Here, bath oils are highly used to finish cleaning. My cousin gave me a wonderful La Roche-Posay! Besides good, it has a good smell! Smell of wealth! (because one of these in Brazil is expensive).

The last and most annoying of the changes remains until mid-spring. And it sucks! Nobody escapes it.
Runny nose.
You know? That little water that comes out of the nose but isn't phlegm?
Yeah.
It is present in every day, at all times. Left the street? Runny nose. Did you get home? Runny nose. Go eat? Runny nose. Run to catch the bus? Yes! Handstand? Also! Drink hot wine? It is possible that it mixes with your drink!
Yes. Runny nose has no cure. But it has treatment! It's the famous ‘mouchoir’, or the tissue. Here everyone has it, because the runny nose does not rest, and it is considered impolite to be 'sniffing', so no one will care if you blow your nose in front of someone, or at a meeting or whatever it is (strange, right? ?). I don't think it's very cool to do as they do, which is to have a tissue that they reuse for about five blows, or that is in the pocket just to clean the runny nose when it is light. But using a handkerchief per blow ends up being expensive (believe me) and it's nothing ecological, so as much as I disagree, I follow the same habits as them.

By the way, did you not notice anything different in my photo above?

RUNNY NOSE

Beautiful, huh?

À bientôt e, Perdoe o meu Francês! 😉

 AND THE LEAVES fall in the yard. Yes they do, a lot!

"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false

73
48,61
post-308","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-diario","tag-outono","tag-strasbourg
["GET
