A classic recipe from France is crepes! Whether savory or sweet, crepe is always a good choice, and it's super simple to make!

Here is a simple recipe that serves 4 people:
Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2L of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 50g melted butter
Preparation mode:
- Place the flour in a bowl with the salt and sugar.
- Make a hole in the middle and pour the eggs into it.
- Start mixing gently. When the mixture becomes thick, add the cold milk gradually.
- When all the milk is mixed, the dough should be fluid. If it looks too thick, add a little milk. Then add the melted butter, mix well.
- Cook the crepes in a hot pan (lightly oiled as a precaution if the pan is non-stick). Pour a small ladle of pasta into the pan, rotate it to distribute the pasta over the entire surface. When the dough comes off the pan, turn the dough side
- Ready crepes! Now eat with whatever you want!

Good tasting!
